1. What this covers
These terms govern use of the TikShop Pro website and the Chrome extension of the same name. By using them, you agree to what follows.
2. What the service is
TikShop Pro is a support tool for TikTok Shop sellers: unit economics math, public product metrics, creator lists and supplier search. It is not a broker, a financial advisor or a representative of the marketplace.
3. Data accuracy
- Some figures are estimates derived from publicly available product page data.
- Fee rates and fulfillment tariffs come from your settings and may differ from your actual terms.
- Results are for reference. Sourcing, pricing and advertising decisions are yours.
We aren't liable for lost profit or losses arising from decisions made on the basis of the service's data.
4. Account and payment
The 7-day trial works without registration within the stated limits. Founding access is a one-time payment: it doesn't renew and requires no subscription, though the monthly analysis limit resets each month. Access to the extension and its future updates stays paid for, permanently.
Paid access covers the features available at the time of payment. The Roadmap describes intent, not commitments: scope and timing may change.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't resell access or share it with third parties outside your plan's terms.
- Don't use the service to break TikTok Shop rules or the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Don't attempt to bypass technical limits and quotas.
6. Trademarks
TikTok and TikTok Shop are trademarks of ByteDance. TikShop Pro is not affiliated with or endorsed by ByteDance. Other service names appear strictly for comparison.
7. Termination
We may restrict access if these terms are violated. You can stop using the service at any time by removing the extension.
8. Changes
The current version of these terms is always published on this page. Material changes are announced in advance.
