This is a working draft, not a finished legal document. Before submitting the extension to the Chrome Web Store, walk through every point and align it with what the extension and the site actually do — the store checks the declaration against real behavior. Add your legal entity, jurisdiction and contact.

1. Who processes the data

2. What the site collects

Email — only if you submitted it in the early access form.
Qualifier answers — your segment (selling / launching / agency) and revenue range, if you shared them.
Roadmap vote — which features you need most.
Anonymous visit statistics — page, referrer, device type.

We don't collect payment details on this site and never ask for passwords to any service.

3. What the extension does

Reads the public contents of the product page you have open on TikTok Shop — the same thing any visitor sees.
Stores your settings (fee rates, cost of goods) locally in the browser.
Never signs into Seller Center, never acts on your behalf, never requests seller account access.
Never collects browsing history outside TikTok Shop pages.

4. Why we need this data

To invite you into early access and tell you about the launch.
To understand who needs the product and in what order to build features.
To improve the site using anonymous statistics.

We don't sell your data or hand it to third parties for their own marketing.

5. Who we share data with

Only the vendors the service can't run without: hosting, email delivery, web analytics. List the ones you actually connected here — for example: [GitHub Pages, Resend, Plausible].

6. How long we keep it

Email addresses until you withdraw consent or they're no longer needed for the mailing list. Anonymous statistics for whatever period your analytics provider sets.

7. Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email or ask us to delete your data by writing to the contact address. We delete it within a reasonable period and confirm by reply.

8. Cookies

The landing page itself sets no advertising cookies. Connected analytics may use cookies or local storage — describe this to match the provider you chose.

9. Changes

Material changes are published on this page and, when they affect subscribers, announced by email.
