Data deletion
You can request deletion of your data at any time. Below: what happens automatically, and what you need to ask for.
Revoking access to your TikTok Shop
Revoke the TikShop Pro authorization in your TikTok Shop account settings. You do not need to request deletion separately — it starts on its own:
- Immediately. Your shop access tokens are destroyed. From that moment we cannot reach your data even if we wanted to.
- Within 30 days. The remaining data associated with the shop is deleted.
- Only a deletion record remains — a date and a shop identifier. It exists as proof of execution and contains none of your data.
Request about your data
Access, correction, export or deletion — fill in the form. The request is logged immediately and a confirmation is sent to the address you give.
We may ask you to verify your identity before we act — that protects your data from anyone asking on your behalf. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days. Email works too: privacy@tikshopro.com.
What we are required to keep
Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires and cannot be deleted on request. That covers the fact and amount of a payment only; your shop data is unrelated to it and is deleted in full.
